Position: Biomedical Engineer – Entry Level

Reports Directly To: VP of Operations

As a key player in providing ambulatory ECG & BP monitoring and analysis solution in the US and in the world, Vasomedical has never stopped the pace of improving its products and services to our customers. Meanwhile, we have been continuing to explore its growing path, and are looking for a passionate Biomedical Engineer to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Direct the timely technical support on ARCS Cloud ECG & BP analysis platform and recorder productsto the existing customers.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide thetechnical support to potential customers by providing software operation demonstrations and answering questions.
• Follow the ARCS Cloud Service Support SOP to document all necessary support-related informationin a timely manner.
• Discuss with supervisor about any technical issues which cannot be independently resolved, to proactively seek solution or the next step.
• Work with Customer Support team to closely monitoring the operation status of ARCS Cloud platform to ensure uninterrupted operation.
• Work with the project manager to support any ARCS software customization requests from customers.
• Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications/Experience Requirements

• Knowledge of the principles and practices of electrical engineering and computer science
• Knowledge of Windows PC, Linux
• Familiar with public Cloud platforms, such as Alibaba Cloud or AWS
• Able to analyze information of problems and draw valid conclusions.
• Exceptional team-working and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
